Customer Service RepresentativeJob Location : KuwaitResponsibilities:•Evaluate customer requirements and take appropriate measures to ensure optimum satisfaction.•Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.•Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.•Maintain a systematic list of all customer data consisting of interactions, documents, and other relevant details.•Interact with the senior management to understand updated organizational policies and new products.•Identify practical challenges in a project to rectify the issues for final delivery.
