Job Description

Job SummaryThe Customer Service Officer is responsible for supervising the Customer Service, Hospitality, Playroom, and Reception activities to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and delight.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor the activities of the Reception, Playroom, and Hospitality activities to ensure that customers service on the floor meets ABYATs standards.
  • Monitor the Playroom and Hospitality areas.
  • Resolve customer complaints on the floor if required and report the same to the manager.
  • Monitor and track daily rosters of the customer service team to ensure that ample resources are available for mobilization.
  • Prepare monthly management reports for customer complaints.
  • Monitor the performance of the team and identify areas for improvement.
  • Report any discrepancies to the direct manager;
  • Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager.
