Performs accounts receivable functions including billing, processing of invoices and record keeping.ÿMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReceives completed sales invoices and approved payment certificates verifies accuracy and completeness of all required information including current pricing, extensions, discounts applied and shipping and handling charges.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCodes sales invoices/payment certificates with account numbers of keypunches sales invoices/payment certificates into computerized accounts receivable system..úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPrints monthly statements and sends to customers.ÿPrints, verifies, and maintains accounts receivable invoice records, sales and cost of sales reports, open and aging reports and journals.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReceives checks and prepare deposit slips.ÿPrepares and keypunches remittance advices for posting checks received.ÿUpdates and reviews aged receivables for unpaid balances.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPrepare cash flow forecast and reviewing cash position (Monthly forecasting report).ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAnalyses customer?s performance by comparing results with target planed, calculating monthly schemes and KPIs (On time payments, exceeding credit limit, needed limit to reach targeted sales, in-house financial and qualitative information)ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿManage the overallÿfinancial information and provide support to management by preparing complete set of divisional financial statements and cost structure analysis.ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿVerifies monthly totals of sales distribution, sales history, returns and allowances and cash receipts journal.ÿCoordinates closing with Accounts and Administration Manager.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCommunicates with customers regarding their billing.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPerforms other accounting duties as requested by the Accounts and Administration Manager.
