Country Operations Manager -FMCG

Strictly adhere to the companys code of conduct in all business dealings, customer engagements, and safety and security protocols.
Prepare the Countrys annual plan and present it to the Board of Directors.
Design Country channel strategies and cascade them to the sales distribution team.
Engage with external authorities to represent relevant business affairs.
Support building distributor sales team capabilities via coordinating with respective central teams and centers of excellence.
Look for new revenue streams for the business.
Lead distributor JBP and coordinate customer contracts and channel investments.
Drive assortment rationalization and reviews by format and account.
Facilitate any transformation projects in the Country.
Drive analysis and deep dives for the Country, customer, and category reviews.
