Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading trading retail companies in the Middle East.Our client is looking to hire a Country Manager who will be responsible for leading all trading & retail operations of stores and ensure the profitability of the business.<br /><br />- Liaising with head office and writing up quarterly/annual reports.<br />- Recruiting, vetting, and training all new staff.<br />- Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly.<br />- Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required.<br />- Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.<br />- Building professional relationships with staff and clients.<br />- Maintaining a good image of the organization at all times.<br /><br />Requirements<br />- At least 5 years experience in Trading Retail in an management role in Doha, Qatar<br />- Bachelors degree in business administration, management or a related field (preferably a masters degree).<br />- Postgraduate degree in sales, finance or similar is also acceptable.<br />- The ability to provide excellent customer service.<br />- Good people-management skills.<br />- Sensitivity to different cultural norms.<br /><br /><br />Benefits<br />Attractive salary + benefits.<br />
