We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cost Controller and Procurement Specialist to manage and optimize our purchasing and cost control processes.Our Brands: Cookie dough - Three fat cows - Crema-jimjamsResponsibilities:- Cost Control: Monitor and control food and beverage costs, conduct regular cost analysis, and prepare costing reports.- Procurement: Source and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing, quality, and terms. Manage supplier relationships and maintain an updated supplier database.- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and ensure optimal stock levels without overstocking.- Budgeting: Assist in creating and managing budgets for purchasing and expenses.- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage purchase orders. Ensure all purchases comply with required specifications.- Reporting: Generate regular reports on procurement and cost control metrics, analyze trends, and recommend cost-saving measures.Qualifications:- Proven experience in cost control and procurement, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
