Purpose:--To develop adequate policies, procedures, and processes for theÿContractsÿfunctions to maintain efficient operational excellence.Responsibilities:_úÿÿÿÿDevelop, maintain and effectÿContractsÿProcedures andÿcontractsÿTemplet corresponding to the requirements of all projects.ÿúÿÿÿEnsure the organization?s internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained.ÿúÿÿProvide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation.ÿúÿÿMaintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.ÿúÿÿGuide to create, prepare, review and edit allÿcontracts.ÿúÿÿProvide support and advice on new potential businesses opportunities.ÿúÿÿIdentify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes.ÿúÿGuide and lead the coordination of tendering dossiers (technical Exhibits, T&Cs), of the CFTs, the participation to and administration of the clarification / negotiation phases, the evaluation of contractual and commercial proposals and the preparation.ÿúÿGuide and manage the different entities in Total with/for:ÿContracts, Legal, Insurances, Market Intelligence, etc. administration of the final set of contractual / commercial / technical documentation for the assignedÿcontracts-preparation for signature of the assigned mainÿcontractsÿContract Administration To contractually and commercially administer the awardedÿContracts and liaise actively with the technical management of Contractors.ÿ
