With over 2,500 multidisciplinary professionals and staff, we are an international professional consulting services firm.We are now seeking an exceptional bilingual Contract Administrator - Bilingual to join our award winning team based in Kuwait.This critical role will be responsible for prepare and issue contracts and claims related documents and submit to the client before the deadline and provide administrative support to Contracts and Claims Managers, Contracts Specialists.ResponsibilitiesParamount to success within this varied role will include;- Draft contractual conditions and recommendation of supplementary conditions and procurement terms- Administers contractual procedures to ensure compliance by relevant parties- Reviews, negotiates and draws up settlements of clients variations and contractors claims for changes- Assists in the reviews, assessments and reports upon contractors claims including review of time extensions, delays and penalties REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 8 years career experience partnered with a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.- Current Kuwait experience is essential.Chartered status with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors will be viewed favorably.KEOs performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people.
