Job Description

Location: Work from home Salary: $10.87 Per Hour Contract: 15 hours per week, 6 months fixed term Line Manager::Olivia Smith, Helen Sushams and Faiza KhanAs an Arabic Content Writer/Editor at Twinkl, you?ll be helping to build a new team of passionate professionals working flexibly to write and edit primary focused Arabic content for Twinkl?s emerging Kuwait market. This team will create a wide range of resources for use in the Kuwait School curriculum system, including PowerPoints, display materials, activity sheets, assessments, planning and more. For this role, the majority of your time will be spent creating content for children in the public school system so you must have experience of teaching in this setting, or be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of this system. Strong language skills in both Arabic and English are a must.Your weekly activity could include:

  • meeting with other Twinkl writers or the Kuwait Country Manager to discuss new ideas;
  • writing content for the Kuwaiti market;
  • developing new product ideas with the Kuwait Country Manager.
Kuwait is a rapidly growing market for Twinkl. You will have the creative freedom to shape the content we offer to our customers. Our ideal candidate will be going further than writing content by suggesting new product ideas, identifying needs in the Kuwaiti teaching community, sharing their experiences and expertise with others. They will need to be able to work on their own initiative with minimum supervision. The successful candidate will be vital in ensuring that these ambitious plans for Kuwait become a reality. This is a work-from-home, flexible position, and hours can be agreed upon between you and your line manager to fit around your current commitments.
