Knowledge in vibration analysis
Handling vibration meters
Record keeping of all rotating equipment conditions
Health diagnosis of rotary equipment by observing sound, heat, and vibration
Creating new Preventive inspection schedules of rotary equipment
Prioritation and attending the faults of the equipment
Knowledge in the coupling alignment
Knowledge in the lubrication
Preparing lubrication schedule , replenishing the lubricant levels, and maintaining history & records
Reporting the abnormalities to the supervisors on daily basis
Housekeeping in and around rotary equipment
Maintaining mechanical seals and gland seals properly
Knowledge of different types of mechanical seals
Knowledge about different types of coupling bushes
Possess good safety standards to obtain permits and attending equipment in a safe way
Good knowledge about different agitators and its maintenance
