JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Benchmark City group co. compensation & benefits policies and practices against market & external competitiveness.2.Manage & execute process of job evaluation & grading structure as per international standards.3.Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions for existing and new positions.4.Develop C&B policies, procedures & process mapping in alignment with company objectives.5.Manage all employee benefits such as medical insurances, mobile connectivity services, company vehicle & other allowances etc.6.Assist HR director to implement performance management system through KPIs settings, bonus and incentive schemes.7.Process employee promotions/employment change of status, manpower planning & allocation and review monthly payroll and End of service calculation.8.Prepare & submit weekly/monthly C&B and HR related reports and analytics as requested by management.9.Review and update employee C&B details in the system and maintain high confidentiality.10. Handle any other tasks as assigned and instructed by HR director.
