Job Description

The Internal Communications and Engagement Specialist is responsible for the development and implementation of the internal communications and engagement plans at Abyat.?Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish clear and engaging internal communication strategies;
  • Produce and edit content for a variety of internal communication platforms;
  • Deliver employee experience planned initiatives;
  • Support workforce engagement and drive positive workplace culture;
  • Develop and run a calendar of communications, events, and initiatives to support wellbeing, diversity, and mental health;
  • Design and deliver internal and external engagement activities;
  • Own the employee engagement & satisfaction surveys implementation and roll out.
