The Role:As a Kitchen Technician, you will be responsible for the preventative and routine maintenance of the Restaurants kitchen equipment.Your primary responsibilities will include:Maintaining all kitchen equipment (refrigerators, dishwashers, ice machines, electric ovens, and coffee machines)Maintaining water systems and drainsInspecting, cleaning, adjusting, and repairing equipment when necessaryInstalling and repairing equipment when requiredCarrying out minor plumbing and electrical workCoordinating outside vendor repairs.Qualifications & Requirements:You will have:Full electricians license or electro-mechanical licenseMinimum 3 years in a retail environment within project or facilities managementGood general maintenance knowledge especially in electrical, plumbing, and mechanicalMust have a valid driving licenseExcellent communication skills
