Job Description

A private school in Kuwait is seeking a qualified and experienced Classroom Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of teaching experience in a similar role. Fluency in English language is a must. As a Classroom Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students, creating a positive and engaging learning environment, and assessing student progress. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a passion for teaching, and a strong commitment to student success.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
  2. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning
  3. Deliver effective and engaging instruction to students, using a variety of teaching methods and resources
  4. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement instructional strategies and interventions
  6. Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
  7. Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and assessments
  9. Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Education or related field
  2. Teaching certification or license
  3. Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a similar role
  4. Fluency in English language
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  7. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  8. Passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student success
  9. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
