Quest Search & Selection is working with a leading technology company seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to work in their Kuwait office. We ideally are looking for candidates with experience building MVPs for startup projects.As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), your primary responsibilities will include:Build, produce, and manage Minimum Viable Products (MVP) for startup venturesSet up startup infrastructures, outline its technological vision, and formulate venture strategiesEfficiently conduct build versus contract analysisCollaborate with key internal managers and stakeholders in defining product roadmapsHire, build and lead technology teamsManage multiple projectsEnsure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standardsKeep abreast of technology trends and developments.
