Catering & Events

Work with the event manager and staff to book events
Outline all event needs, such as event setup, necessary transportation accommodations, venue location, vendors, food and drink menus
Create and keep track of invoices and receipts for each event
Schedule and facilitate vendor activity in event space
Communicate with staff catering & event orders to ensure event logistic needs are met
Provide excellent customer service during the event, ensuring the schedule is followed and gather post event feedback
Evaluate the success of events and be ready to present results to team members

Reception

Greeting guests, employees and candidates in person or via phone, welcoming, guiding them around the location appropriately,
Respond to customers? queries
Answer telephone, screen and forward calls, supply information to callers, take and transfer messages
Keep records on appointments, bookings
Organize conferences, meetings
Manage mail and parcel delivery
Keep an eye on office equipment, order and maintain stationary
Keep receptionist area tidy and clean
