Job Description

Responsible for implementing the collection activities at UBC including but not limited to following up, reconciling, and ensuring timely collection of receivables and debts in addition to performing cash collection activities by issuing necessary reminders utilizing various means of communication.

  • Monitor and Manage Accounts: Diligently track overdue payments, follow up with debtors via phone, email, or mail, and negotiate feasible repayment plans.
  • Payment Processing and Issue Resolution: Accurately post payments to accounts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure all financial records are updated and accurate.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure collections activities adhere to legal requirements, escalate non-compliant cases, and maintain thorough records of all collection efforts.
  • Support and Additional Duties: Report on collection outcomes and assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
