The Role:As a CAD Officer you will be responsible for producing CAD (Computer Aided Design) drawings for issue, both internally & to franchise partners for brand drawings, and for maintaining the library of drawings, plans, & site-photos.You will also:* Prepare site survey information for Franchise Partners. Draught accurate drawings for review by Property Department.* Prepare project program to carryout work on site* Maintain up to date system records & physical archive of drawings & site photos, ensuring referencing & immediate recovery of drawings/site photos* Occasionally prepare bill of quantities for the projects.Key Performance areas:Prepare site survey information for Franchise Partners, Draught accurate drawings for review by Property Department.Maintain up to date system records and physical archive of drawings and site photos, ensuring referencing and immediate recovery of drawing/site photos.Knowledge:CAD and technical draughting/drawing qualificationExperience:2 years construction based CAD experience
