We are looking for a Procurement and Warehouse Operations Officer to oversee the end-to-endprocurement process and warehouse operations for our restaurant chain. This role is responsible forsourcing quality products, managing supplier relationships, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuringefficient warehouse operations to support restaurant supply needs.Key Responsibilities:Procurement Responsibilities:? Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing of foodingredients, beverages, kitchen equipment, and other operational supplies.? Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure favorable terms and ensureconsistent supply.? Ensure all purchased goods meet quality standards, food safety regulations, and companyguidelines.? Manage procurement contracts, daily purchase orders, and supplier agreements.? Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.Warehouse Operations Responsibilities:? Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to stores.? Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels meet operational requirementswithout overstocking or waste.? Implement warehouse organization and best practices for space optimization, FIFO (First In, FirstOut), and proper handling of perishable goods.? Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and distribution schedules to ensure timely and efficientrestaurant supply replenishment.? Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food storage regulations.? Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency, reducing waste and improving cost control.
