Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team, specializing in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights and analysis to support our organizations growth and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities ù Consolidate and analyze financial data, including budgets, financial statement forecasts, and cash flow projections, taking into account the companys goals and objectives. ù Prepare and present financial analysis and recommendations to the management and other stakeholders. ù Collaborate with cross?functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth and profitability. ù Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance. ù Provide insights into financial trends, opportunities, and risks. ù Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision making. ù Stay current with industry trends, economic conditions and regulatory developments to improve financial analysis and decision-making. ù Conduct market and industry analysis to support strategic decision making. ù Analyze and control operational costs, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. ù Monitor and report on cost-saving initiatives and process improvements. ù Work closely with operational teams to optimize resource allocation.
