Job Description

Position Overview:Al-Saffar International is seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce and Wholesale Manager to lead the expansion and management of our travel products brand. This individual will be responsible for driving growth in new markets, expanding customer bases, increasing revenue, managing wholesale relationships, and overseeing the operation of our online retail platform.Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand the brand into new markets, both locally and internationally, while ensuring alignment with the brands values and goals.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Wholesale Management: Establish and nurture relationships with wholesale customers, negotiate contracts, manage inventory levels, and oversee wholesale orders and deliveries.
  • E-commerce Operation: Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience, optimizing product listings, and overseeing order fulfillment.
  • Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of professionals to support various aspects of the business, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in e-commerce management, wholesale operations, and brand expansion within the retail industry.
  • Strong sales acumen and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards common goals.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, coupled with a strong network within the wholesale and retail sectors.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.
  • Understanding of retail operations and a customer-centric approach.
