Job Description

As a Beauty Advisor?& Customer Service Agent, you are the face of the company and the first point of contact with the customer.With product knowledge and high service standards, you will be recommending hair products to customers depending on their hair types, what they need and further assisting them on how to use the products. Excellent customer service skills are needed along with the ability to maximize sales at every opportunity. Having the ability to connect with each customer on a personal level and offering a therapeutic experience is a must. Having the skills to win the client?s loyalty and ensuring their satisfaction, even in difficult situations, is a priority.Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and recommend hair products based on their needs.
  • Assist customer on how to use products.
  • Advice customers on how to take care of their hair.
  • Cross sell products and maximize sales.
  • Demonstrate proper knowledge in the field.
  • Develop own skills in regards of product, brand, ingredients and attend any training sessions.
  • Answering all customer service concerns through Social Media platforms, email and more.
  • Assist the Team in creating educational posts for social media and website, from preparing the subject to writing the content.
  • Develop social media plan regarding which products need further promotions.
  • Advise on new sale opportunities and assist team in brand trainings.?
