SummaryYou will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Barista needsto be creative in crafting the best beverages, exceptional levels of interpersonal skills and demonstrating a tailor made experience to our guests. Qualifications

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 1-2 years work experience in hotel operations.
  • Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Deliver exceptional service and engage the guests with a captivating and genuine personality.
  • Assist with the daily running of the bar operation.
  • Offer aquick and efficient service.
  • Prepare and serve drinks to the highest standard.
  • Ensureof high level hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
  • Well presented, punctual and enthusiastic.
  • Experience in high end standalone restaurant working environment.
  • Pro-active, ability and multi-task, useown initiative, work under pressure.
  • Team player with a positive mindset.
  • Genuine passion for what they do, ability to engage in a warm friendly style.
