Roles and Responsibilities:

Able to prepare all beverages as per company standards and procedures.
Able to provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to the customers.
Manage the barista area, equipment and supplies as instructed.
Set up the barista according to the table plan; cover layout and standards defined by the Hospitality management.
Check and clear barista station during and after service.
Clear soiled cutlery, crockery, glassware, and any other operating equipment to designated wash-up/storage area.
Must participate in staff training and briefings.
Responsible for clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner.
Responsible for stocking linens, china wares, glass, silver, and food items for service.
Responsible for preparation of hot beverage items Turkish, French, Arabic coffee, mocktails, mixed drinks or beverages.
Able to carry out other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
