Job Description

Have knowledge and experience in the following:

  • Avaya CM - communication manager (installation, configuration, and administration) (Configure the dialplan, aar, ars, route pattern, vector, vdn)
  • Avaya SM - session manager (installation, configuration, and administration) (configure sip entity, routing, traces, sip messages)
  • Knowledge in Avaya SMGR - system manager (installation, configuration, and administration)
  • Avaya AES ? Avaya Enablement Service (installation, configuration, and administration)
  • Avaya SBC ? session boarder controller (installation, configuration, and administration) (routing, sip user)
  • Ability to troubleshoot the Avaya voice system (CM,SM,SMGR,AES,SBC)
