We are a company headquartered in Kuwait dealing with trading of petroleum products, owning, and operating petroleum products storage terminals and owning tanker vessels.we need your help in finding and hiring Assist. Manger for managing commercial trading and shipping operations for petroleum products.Experience required minimum 10 years working with preferably oil trading company or oil major and can consider experience in handling tanker vessel operations in ship owners officeCandidate having sea experience of tanker vessel as deck officerand tanker terminal experience is preferred.Place of position - KuwaitSalary and Perks - Negotiable basis CVBrief Job profile:1. Marine related claims such as freight, dead freight, demurrage, deviation, contamination etc.2.Nomination of vessels.Issuing Voyage instructions and manage post fixture operations.Support post-deal activities like customs clearance, demurrage and claims for example, ensuring that all necessary operational information is passed on in good time and documentary requirements are met.4.Handling vessel schedules for efficient voyage planning and execution.5. Monitor performance of vessel according to charter party.6. Appointing shipping agents.7. Monitor the progress of all shipments and liaise with vessel owners, brokers, port authorities, Agents, trading team to optimally complete the voyage.8. Manage disputes with suppliers, receivers, and ship owners.9. Be available to manage critical out of regular office hour issues.
