Assistant Store ManagerJob Location : KuwaitKey Responsibilities:•Assist in directing and managing the store under the supervision of the Store Manager, leveraging data and reports on financial and operational performance at the store/department level.•Ensure effective application of procedures and policies.•Monitor and control costs against the budget to maximize the cost-effectiveness of store operations.•Support the implementation of actions to address store-related shrinkage.•Provide feedback to the Store Manager on customer requirements and preferences.•Help supervise the implementation of hygiene, sanitation, security, and safety standards, ensuring a high level of customer service both internally and externally.•Assist in handling and resolving customer complaints.•Support staff training and development and ensure adherence to relevant HR procedures.Requirements:•Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in retail or a similar environment.•Degree in Business Administration or a related field.•Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic).•Excellent communication and management skills.•Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).•High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.•Open for Arab nationals
