We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager for one of our sister companies to support our growing Food & Beverage operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations across the restaurant, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support the Restaurant Manager in driving performance, quality, and team development.Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and exceptional guest satisfaction.- Support recruitment, training, and development of front-of-house staff.- Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and attendance to maintain optimal coverage.- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.- Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management.- Coordinate with kitchen, suppliers, and management to maintain operational efficiency.- Support the Restaurant Manager with reporting, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements- Proven experience in restaurant operations or F&B supervisory roles.- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent customer service orientation.- Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
