Assistant Professor - ManagementThe School of Business at the Australian University (AU) invites application for faculty positions at the level of Assistant Professor with a breadth and width of experience in Business Management. Business Management Department, potentially commencing Septemner, 2022. At this stage, priority will be given to candidates who are Ph.D. holders with expertise in accountancy, entrepreneurship, business planning, HRM and leadership; however, other candidates with expertise in other fields of Business Management are encouraged to apply. Screening of applications will begin immediately and will continue until all the positions are filled. Preference will be given to the candidates who are seen to combine excellence in teaching with a demonstrated capacity to conduct interdisciplinary research that will expand and complement our current research program. Moreover, candidates with prior administrative skills and experience within accredited academic organizations will be preferable for the ranking of Associate or Full Professor.SkillsEssential Qualifications and Experience:* Applicant must have a Bachelor, Master (if any) and Ph.D. degrees in Business Management or related fields preferably with appropriate work experience in university or industry;* Excellent in teaching and curriculum development experience* Industry exposure through research, consultancy, or professional activities;* Scholarly publications in ranked journals;* Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English Language; and* The ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
