Assistant Finance ManagerJob Location : KuwaitExperience :𠖳 years in finance and accounting within the retail industry.旹xperience with Oracle ERP system is a must.Qualification :旴achelor抯 degree in accounting, finance, or a similar discipline.旵A/CPA/ACCA certification preferred.昉roficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.昁nowledge of IFRS and its application to business transactions.昐trong communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.昒nderstanding of industry, regulatory, and legislative financial developments.Responsibilities and Requirements :昄ead financial reporting projects and implement changes in accounting standards and group policies.旵onduct monthly review of Trial Balance and General Ledger.昅aintain and review accounting policies and workflows in Oracle ERP.旳nalyze monthly costs versus budgets at the store/brand level.昉repare management reports including P&L, Cash Flow, variance, and ratio analysis.昉erform detailed P&L variance analysis (MTD & YTD).旳ssist in annual business plan preparation.旾dentify and report internal control weaknesses.旳utomate reporting processes using Excel and macros.昉repare year-end financial statements and liaise with auditors.
