Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Engineer with 5?7 years of experience in the contracting industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in design, site execution, and supervision within a contracting company, contributing to the successful delivery of commercial, residential, and institutional projects while upholding the company?s legacy of quality and innovation.Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical details in coordination with project teams.
  • Collaborate closely with site engineers, structural, , and interior teams to ensure smooth execution of contracting projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design intent, and resolve on-site issues.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align architectural vision with project goals.
  • Review and follow up on material submittals, RFIs, and site instructions.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety regulations.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, technical reports, and client presentations.
  • Stay current with architectural trends, new materials, and technologies applicable to construction and contracting environments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.
  • 5?7 years of experience working specifically in a contracting company.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site coordination, and project supervision.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, material specifications, and construction standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced project environments.
  • Prior experience in Kuwait or GCC construction/contracting projects is preferred.
