Job Description

Duties & responsibilities:Design and Review the architectural design projects with regards to the architectural requirements,. This may include (but is not limited to):

  • Details of the exterior conditions
  • Floor plans (partitions type, material symbols, room numbers, etc.)
  • Site plans
  • Elevations (doors, windows, etc.)
  • Roof plans
  • Wall sections detailing the construction and material required
  • Ceiling plans
  • Other related architectural requirements?
  • Design and Review drawings and ensure that they are as per the recommended building codes and standards.
  • Review materials to ensure compatibility of required standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers from other departments and provide them with necessary information regarding the design.
  • Prepare the necessary documents and obtain approvals from statutory authorities in coordination with Project Management Section.
  • Coordinate with international consultants regarding the Architectural design project and provide them with necessary information.
  • Participate in both internal & external coordination meetings with Project Managers, International Consultants and Clients.
  • Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by Direct Manager.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports covering all activities or issues related to the Architectural works and any other related field and submit the same to the direct Manager.
