General Responsibilities- Create and design the BIM model for the architecture and interior design.- shall prepare the required mood boards for the project design.- Minimum level of BIM model shall be (LOD300 ) and more.- Creative design concepts for architecture projects.- Prepare the required working drawings set for the final project submission.- Able to prepare the final BOQ using the BIM tools ( preferable using Autodesk Revit)- Creating new library components.- Preparation of 3d models.- Printing the final set of drawings and tender.- Able to work with construction site team.- Field co-ordination with the construction team.- Site visits to ensure the design is executed as approved.Skills & Experience:- Advanced skills using Autodesk Revit ( the BIM approach)- Dynamo or Grasshopper ( is a plus)- 3ds Max (V-RAY ? Corona Renderer ?etc)(Realistic rendering)- Advanced level using LUMION 3D. ( Rendering Photos & Animation Design)- Advanced Modeling techniques.- Construction processes know-how and documentation.- Parametric Design & Visual Programming ( is a plus)- Tendering Documents.The candidate who meets the above-mentioned requirements shall send their CV and portfolio toinfo@themoder-arch.com
