Summary/Objective This position is responsible for the aftersales and technical support of the organizations products and managing assigned tasks to assist the Sales department.Essential Functions 1. Management of after sales team with responsibility of meeting all internal and external measures2. Constantly demonstrate a commitment to the management vision and strategies 3. To drive the standard in customer care4. Monitoring utilization of projects and efficiency of employees5. Ensuring customer problems are solved quickly6. Deliver exceptional customer service to a wide range of customers by identifying, meeting and exceeding their expectations7. Building relationships with suppliers, companies and clients8. Making sure follow-ups on customers for contract renewals are made9. Manage the performance of a team of service advisors to deliver profitable, customer focused service10.
