Summary/Objective?This position is responsible for the aftersales and technical support of the organizations products? and managing assigned tasks to assist the Sales department.?Essential Functions?1. Management of after sales team with responsibility of meeting all internal and external? measures?2. Constantly demonstrate a commitment to the management vision and strategies 3. To drive the standard in customer care?4. Monitoring utilization of projects and efficiency of employees?5. Ensuring customer problems are solved quickly?6. Deliver exceptional customer service to a wide range of customers by identifying, meeting? and exceeding their expectations?7. Building relationships with suppliers, companies and clients?8. Making sure follow-ups on customers for contract renewals are made?9. Manage the performance of a team of service advisors to deliver profitable, customer focused service?10.
