Improving Lives.Currently,we are seeking for(AFR Operations Specialist),In this role, the successful candidate must have the below qualities and qualification;Key ResponsibilitiesProcesses, handles and distributes all required documents in the receiving areasPerforms booking and booking optimization according to internal guidelines as defined by ProductPerforms delivery arrangementEnsures customer requirements are met and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirementsEnsures documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient manner and according to regulations and internal proceduresInteracts with Customer Service, Product, and Global Service Centers, if required

Monitor and Supervise the day to day operation ofsubordinatesTrain ,monitor anddiscipline of staffAssist staff for problems with carriers, shipper &consigneeExportOperations ManagementManage relationship with carriersEnsure customer SOP and rates are in placeApprove MAWB request, expense and E-LeaveMonitor export activities (determines cargo type & prepares collection list)Final control of job filesSolve shipment/cargo problemsMonitor DGF Booking consolidation shipmentCheck finance report related export operationalStakeholder ManagementCoordinate/liaise/work with Carrier contact on operational activities, issue resolution, process execution and performance improvements according to corporate policyLead in discussions to negotiate rates and agreement terms to ensure commercial acceptability without risk, fitness for purpose & valueMaintain good relationshipWork closely with the DGF overseas office in arrangement of forwarding shipment including cost occurredReviews VP 220 report
