Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced Personnel & Administration Officer to manage personnel-related tasks and ensure compliance with ministry regulations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in personnel and administration functions and be well-versed in handling government online portals for visas, work permits, residence renewals, and company license renewals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all personnel-related administrative tasks, including applying for visas, work permits, residence renewals, and residence transfers.
  • Manage and coordinate the renewal of company licenses with respective ministries.
  • Prepare and upload all relevant documentation on government portals.
  • Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and handle all official correspondence with ministries.
  • Assist in general administration and office management tasks as required.
  • Coordinate with external government agencies for approvals and documentation processing.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Personnel and Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Kuwait?s government online portals and processes related to visas, work permits, and business license renewals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Nationality: Lebanese.
  • Must have a transferable residence in Kuwait.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
