Job Description

We are looking for an Admin Officer to help support the Country Manger As an Admin Officer your role would be to:

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders,
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of agendas, minutes, and action items for meetings.
  • Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and security at all times.
RequirementsDiploma/Bachelor degreeMinimum 12 months experience in an Admin Assistant/Secretary roleValid Kuwait residencyAvailable for immediate startExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in English Working knowledge in word, excel and power point
