We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS & IAS. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations (AP, AR, tax, payroll), mentor junior staff, coordinate with banks and auditors, and drive process improvements.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, tax filings, and payrollEnsure timely and accurate preparation of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements under IFRS & IASReview journal entries and account reconciliations prepared by staffCoordinate month-end and year-end closing processesWork closely with Treasurer on cash management and payment processesImplement and enforce accounting policies and internal controlsMentor and develop junior accounting staff; monitor team targetsCoordinate with banks for facilities, POS rates, and best servicesLiaise with auditors for efficient and timely auditsMaintain and track fixed assets per company policiesLead, direct, and motivate the accounting teamMaintain discretion with sensitive/confidential data.
