Job Description

Accounts ClerkThe position is responsible to perform a wide variety of financial recordkeeping duties. These duties include bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and financial reportingWhat?s in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Preparing and processing financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices.
  • Updating and maintaining the database, financial records, and filing systems.
  • Tracking and monitoring financial transactions.
  • Reviewing financial records, documents, and information to ensure their accuracy.
  • Maintain vendor files.
  • Assist with month end closing.
  • Maintain accurate historical records.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
Your experience and skills include:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance or equivalent combination of education.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
  • Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant accounting systems
