Monitor and oversee receivable ageing report and follow up on the overdue receivables with the finance manager.
Monitor, review and oversee the status of payables and the due payments.
Review the local and overseas purchases and make the needful reconciliations on the suppliers SOAs.
Submit a day-to-day cash collections and payments projections to the finance manager.
Prepares FX related statements and the needful monthly reconciliations.
Review the various departments petty cash expenses.
Review the monthly payroll, the leaves & indemnities and process the required payments.
Check the accruals, prepayments, and review the related monthly journal vouchers.
Fixed asset management and review the monthly depreciation processing.
Review of monthly banks reconciliations.
Preparation of monthly management reports including P&L, expenses line items analysis, the balance sheet and the statement of cash flows.
Arrange for the month-end and year-end closing reconciliations.
Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records.
Ensure compliance with the Kuwaiti laws.
Handling the year-end audit based on the guidelines provided by the finance manager.
Support various other roles of the accounting functions as and when required by the management.
