Job Description

  1. Prepare invoices and follow up on the monthly collections
  2. Handle full spectrum of financial and accounting role (eg. AR, AP, GL)
  3. Perform month-end accounting activities such as bank reconciliations and journal entries.
  4. Verify cheques amounts against invoices
  5. Maintain and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions.
