Job Description

Upstream Business Development Manager - Oil Field / Artificial LiftWe are looking for a knowledgeable and highly experienced Upstream Oil & Gas Business Development Manager(Sales) with specific experience in oil field services not limited to:

  • Electrical submersible pumping (ESP) systems
  • Gas lift systems
  • Surface pumping systems
  • Power supply and control systems
  • Monitoring and automation services
for the Energy Sector of Saudi Arabia. You are a self-starter who will hunt for new business for different clients in the Upstream Business Line for ESP Business. Prior experience with the Energy Sector of Saudi Arabia (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical) is a critical factor for consideration.
  • ESP Experience is a must.
  • Develop business with the assigned accounts in the Energy Sector in the Upstream Oil & Gas area.
  • Create strategic development plans, including active sales pipeline and implementation, to build new profitable business.
  • Track and report progress with implementation of strategic plan, customer budgets, and ongoing forecasts.
  • Perform analysis to determine opportunities in the market.
  • Assess the profitability of existing products and service offerings.
  • Improve existing business by increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage business deals from negotiation to close.
  • Monitor contracts implementation from contract performance, customer payment terms, to delivery terms.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.
