The Manager of Contracts and Procurement will lead and manage all contracting and procurement activities, ensuring the timely provision of materials, services, and subcontractors at optimal quality and cost, while safeguarding the interests of the company and achieving project financial and timeline objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.Lead procurement processes and requests for proposals (RFQ/RFP).Analyze and compare technical and financial proposals and prepare recommendation reports.Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best prices and commercial terms.Develop and evaluate approved suppliers and contractors.Prepare procurement plans and project requirements in coordination with project management and engineering office.Reduce costs by adhering to the cost baseline or reducing it.Coordinate with financial management to control the cash flow for suppliers and contractors.Coordinate with tender management and their amendments at any prices that assist in tendering new projects.Manage inventories and stock.Monitor purchase orders and contracts until final closure.Monitor procurement costs and ensure financial savings for the company.Manage contractual requirements and changes related to suppliers and contractors.Prepare periodic reports for senior management on costs, contracts, and procurement.SkillsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.Minimum of 10 years of experience in contracting and procurement.At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in contracts and procurement.Strong network of relationships with suppliers and contractors in the Saudi market.Strong experience in major contracting companies within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Excellent knowledge of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.Practical experience in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.Required SkillsAdvanced negotiation skills.Strong understanding of contracts and requirements.High ability to analyze prices and costs.Leadership and management skills for work teams.Ability to prepare technical and financial comparisons.Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.Professional communication and presentation skills.Previous experience managing procurement and contracts exceeding 100 million Riyals annually.
