First Advisory for Consulting with a local Financial Advisory Group, with regional experience, with a registered address Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, is looking to hire a Part-time, Audit Manager, per project basis for the Practice with the likelihood of the position to transform into a full-time position, once fully licensed, and as the performance and business case. The following is a key overview of the tasks and responsibilities, competencies required, and qualifications required.A part-time Audit Manager overseeing the Audit department, supervising junior staff, assessing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and undertaking audit engagements. Core Responsibilities Engagement Leadership: Undertake and direct fieldwork, oversee engagement economics, and monitor team progress against budgets. Audit Execution: Plan comprehensive audit strategies, evaluate internal controls, and document complex, higher-risk areas. Review & Reporting: Review financial statements, audit workpapers, and disclosures, and draft and final reports outlining business issues and control recommendations. Team Development: Train, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to junior team members/associates. Client Relations: Maintain productive, year-round relationships with client personnel, assess client satisfaction, and resolve audit queries.SkillsEducation & Certifications: Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; SOCPA is required.Experience: 5 ? 6 years of progressive external or internal audit experience.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and deep knowledge of accounting frameworks (IFRS or GAAP).Soft Skills: Excellent project management, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
