Maintain track of future working capital requirements and ensure availability of sufficient funds.
Maintain daily cash position report including possible future collections and disbursements.
In consultation with Head of Accounts & CFO, park surplus cash in investments.
Ensure correct processing of Government & E- Wakala payments.
Ensure timely availability of cash at all branches.
Ensure cash collected at branches are deposited in the bank without delay.
Liaise with bank for all bank related transaction and making available facilities.
Ensure timely payment of salaries, to creditors and to employees their claims.
Ensure bank accounts are reconciled with bank statements at all times.
