Reporting to the unit head, integrated business solutions, Techno-Functional Consultant, primarily HCM core,Payroll,fast formula, benefits, talent management,OTBI and HCM extracts,HDL,OTBI,PBL,SECURITY,Scheduler,
Facilitate and actively participate in phases of the implementation cycle.
Assist business users in mapping and streamlining/reentering business practices to implement various Oracle fusion clod modules including reports specification development and deployment.
Assist,coach,and mentor other engagement team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions.
Identify functionality gaps in Oracel HCM Cloud and build extensions for them.
Responsible for steeping up and maintaining payroll costing and costing to GL integration.
Responsible for developing and adhering to engagement team projects.
Responsible for configuring and providing support for HCM mobile app.
Assist business by preparing validation scripts, testing and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM Could fusion configuration.
Raise support tickets with Oracle support and follow up for solution.ÿ
