Responsibilities:

Managing individuals and teams executing work packages in the field of waste management
Planning and executing work consistent with quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
Removing barriers that could impact quality, cost, and schedule performance.
Working with assigned staff to find optimal solutions to project challenges.
Providing technical guidance to staff, as appropriate.
Ensuring that work is conducted in accordance with applicable Engineering and Quality Assurance procedures, inclusive of contract, specifications, and technical requirements.
Approving technical documents and deliverables.
Participating in the preparation of commercial proposals and approving the technical content of proposals prepared under their direction.
Forecasting resource demands for the assigned work scope, including required skills, capabilities, and durations.
Working with marketing and other business groups to maintain and improve client relationships and offerings.

Supervisory Responsibilities include:

Fostering a positive team environment where good performance is recognized and celebrated.
Coaching for improved performance.
Performing administrative tasks.
Supporting the Functional Management team (as requested) with recruitment, performance feedback, performance enhancement, goal setting, and training and qualifications management.
