Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and inquisitive individual to be part of a dynamic tax department. Our company is a leading global distributor of network, security and electrical solutions and we are seeking someone with good analytical skills to take ownership of indirect and direct tax duties of the Saudi Arabia legal entity, as well as support the local Sales and Operations teams.?Responsibilities:

  • Saudi indirect tax reporting - monthly preparation of VAT and withholding tax reporting; monthly reconciliation of VAT and withholding tax balance sheet accounts; ?
  • Saudi direct tax reporting ? monthly corporate income tax entries (current and deferred tax) & reporting; reconciliation of current & deferred tax accounts), liaise with tax advisers, answering any follow-up queries?
  • Transfer Pricing documentation (TP form & local file)?
  • Compliance with Saudi Tax Rules, including but not limited to reconciliation of foreign purchases of material with Customs Records; tax deductibility of different categories of expenses (such as bad debts, inventory reserve; salaries), translation of records into Arabic; e-invoicing; reconciliation of salaries to GOSI statements.?
  • Assistance in tax audits?
