Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with process owners/end users to understand their business requirements and configure SuccessFactors modules to meet their needs. This includes gathering requirements, designing and documenting system configurations, and coordinating with technical teams for any custom development or integration.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as business leaders, HR teams, and IT teams, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the SuccessFactors system. Communicate project status, risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders and manage their expectations.
System Configuration: Configure the SuccessFactors system based on business requirements, including defining organizational structures, job roles, workflows, permissions, and business rules. This includes using SuccessFactors management tools and following best practices to ensure system stability and scalability.
Data Migration: Assist with data migration activities, such as extracting, transforming, and loading data into the SuccessFactors system. This may include working with data transformation tools, verifying data integrity, and ensuring data privacy and security.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test scripts to validate system configurations, integrations, and customizations. Identify and troubleshoot any problems or defects, and work with the technical team to resolve them. Ensure that the system meets functional and technical requirements before commissioning.
Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end users on how to use the SuccessFactors system effectively. Providing ongoing support and assistance to users, responding to their inquiries and troubleshooting any system-related issues. Stay on top of the latest features and updates in SuccessFactors and communicate them to the client.

Other responsibilities:
Documentation: Prepare documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user guides. Maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and problems for future reference and audit purposes.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, gather requirements, conduct training courses and provide ongoing support. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
